Cancellation Policy

Payment Before Start
Full payment of the total amount is required before the official start of the diploma/program. A reservation is considered valid only after the payment has been completed.

Cancellation of Participation
If the participant wishes to cancel their participation before the start of the program, no refund is provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Non-Attendance of Modules
If the participant does not attend any module of the program, the corresponding amount is fully withheld, and no refund or transfer of the payment to another cycle or date is provided.

Changes by the Organizer
The organizer reserves the right to change dates or reschedule classes. In the event of a full cancellation by the organizer, the amount is refunded in full.
