PART A – MASTER EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 1. Organiser and scope
• These Event Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to participation in Mat & Reformer Intensive Comprehensive Teacher Training Program – Nicosia 2026, taking place on 3–25 October 2026 at Online on 3–4 October 2026 and in person at Demetriou Stores, 197 Tseriou Avenue, 2047 Nicosia, Cyprus, on 10–11, 17–18 and 24–25 October 2026 (the “Event”).
• The Event is organised by GREEK PILATES ACADEMY, trading as Greek Pilates Academy (“GPA”, “we”, “us” or the “Organiser”), with registered address at Nedontos 117A, Kalamata, Greece, Greek tax identification number 144566149 and contact email info@greekpilatesacademy.gr.
• By completing a registration or purchasing a ticket, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and the Event-specific Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• 2. Event information and eligibility
• The Event description, timetable, speakers, learning outcomes, ticket types, inclusions, prerequisites and attendance format are stated on the official Event page. The participant is responsible for reviewing this information before purchase.
• Where an Event has professional prerequisites, age restrictions or qualification requirements, the participant confirms that they meet them. GPA may request reasonable evidence of eligibility.
• 3. Registration and payment
• A place is confirmed only after the full ticket price has been successfully paid and the participant has received an order or registration confirmation. Submitting a form without successful payment does not reserve a place.
• All prices are displayed in euro (€) and include or exclude VAT as clearly stated at checkout. The registration fee includes only the items expressly listed on the Event page. Travel, accommodation, meals, insurance and personal expenses are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.
• 4. Ticket types and permitted use
• Each ticket is valid only for the participant, dates, sessions and access level stated in the order confirmation. A 2-Day Pass does not provide access to a third day, VIP activity or other restricted session unless expressly included.
• Tickets may not be resold commercially, offered in promotions or used for advertising without GPA’s prior written permission.
• 5. Event-specific cancellation and refund policy
• The cancellation and refund rules applicable to this Event are set out in the Event-Specific Schedule at the end of these Terms. Refund requests must be sent in writing to info@greekpilatesacademy.gr. The date on which GPA receives the written request is treated as the cancellation date.
• Any approved refund will be made to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times. Bank, card or currency-conversion charges that are not retained by GPA may not be recoverable.
• 6. No-show, partial attendance and late arrival
• No refund, credit or transfer is available for non-attendance, partial attendance, late arrival, early departure or failure to use any included service, unless the Event-Specific Schedule expressly states otherwise.
• Late entry to a practical or safety-sensitive session may be refused where necessary to protect participants or avoid disruption.
• 7. Ticket transfer and name changes
• A ticket may be transferred to another eligible participant only if the Event-Specific Schedule permits it and GPA receives the required information by the stated deadline. The replacement participant must accept these Terms and satisfy any prerequisites.
• A transfer is complete only after written confirmation from GPA. A transferred ticket cannot subsequently be refunded unless required by applicable law.
• 8. Upgrades and downgrades
• A ticket upgrade is subject to availability and payment of the price difference. Ticket downgrades do not create a right to a partial refund unless GPA agrees otherwise in writing.
• 9. Changes to the programme
• GPA may make reasonable changes to speakers, instructors, session order, timetable, room allocation, equipment, content or delivery format where operationally necessary. A change that does not materially alter the overall nature of the Event does not create a right to cancellation or refund.
• Where a material change occurs, GPA will communicate the available options to affected participants.
• 10. Postponement, relocation or cancellation by GPA
• If GPA cancels the Event for reasons within its reasonable control, the participant may choose either a refund of the ticket price paid or transfer of the registration to a replacement event offered by GPA.
• If the Event is postponed or materially relocated, the registration will be moved to the new date or venue. Participants unable to attend will be offered the options stated in the Event-Specific Schedule or required by applicable law.
• GPA is not responsible for independent travel, accommodation, visa, childcare, lost earnings or other consequential expenses. Participants are advised to use flexible or refundable reservations.
• 11. Force majeure
• GPA will not be liable for failure, delay, postponement or necessary modification caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic or public-health restriction, war, civil disorder, terrorism, strike, transport disruption, government action, venue closure, utility failure, cyber incident or the serious illness or inability of a key speaker where a suitable replacement is not reasonably available.
• GPA will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and will communicate the available solution, which may include rescheduling, online delivery, credit or another proportionate remedy.
• 12. Participant conduct and safeguarding
• Participants must behave professionally and respectfully toward speakers, staff, sponsors, venue personnel and other participants. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unsafe behaviour, unauthorised selling, deliberate disruption and misuse of facilities are prohibited.
• GPA may refuse admission or remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful or materially disruptive. No refund is due where removal results from the participant’s own conduct.
• 13. Health, practical participation and personal responsibility
• Practical movement sessions are voluntary. Each participant is responsible for deciding whether participation is suitable for their health, fitness, experience and current condition. Participants must follow safety instructions, work within their personal limits and inform the instructor privately of any relevant limitation before participating.
• The Event is educational and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or personalised medical advice. A participant who is pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, living with a medical condition, or uncertain about participation should obtain appropriate medical advice in advance. Emergency medical needs must be reported immediately to Event staff.
• 14. Personal belongings and venue rules
• Participants are responsible for their own belongings. GPA is not liable for loss, theft or damage except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Participants must follow venue rules, fire-safety instructions, equipment guidance and reasonable directions from Event staff.
• 15. Educational materials and intellectual property
• All presentations, manuals, handouts, exercise sequences, videos, slides, branding, recordings and other Event materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. Unless GPA gives prior written permission, participants may not record full sessions, reproduce materials, distribute files, livestream content, teach from copied proprietary manuals or use GPA branding in a manner suggesting authorisation or certification.
• Personal note-taking and limited personal photographs are permitted only where they do not capture confidential material, disturb the Event or conflict with a speaker’s stated restrictions.
• 16. Certificates and attendance records
• Any attendance certificate is issued only when the participant meets the published attendance, assessment and administrative requirements. A certificate of attendance is not a professional licence and does not by itself authorise the participant to claim a qualification beyond the wording shown on the certificate.
• The participant is responsible for providing the correct legal name for the certificate. Fees may apply for later reissue where the original information supplied was incorrect.
• 17. Photography, filming and event documentation
• GPA may photograph or film the Event for documentation, education and promotion. Clear notice will be provided at registration and/or at the venue. Participants who do not wish to be identifiable in promotional images should use the separate photo/video preference process described on the Event page or contact PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] before the Event. GPA will take reasonable operational steps to respect that preference, such as a designated area or visible identifier, but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental wide-angle crowd images in every circumstance.
• Close-up testimonials, interviews or featured promotional recordings require a separate, specific agreement.
• 18. Personal data and privacy
• GPA processes registration, payment, attendance and communication data to administer the Event, perform the participant contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate operational interests and, where required, act on consent. Details are provided in the Event Privacy Notice and the GPA Privacy Policy.
• Service providers may process data on GPA’s behalf for ticketing, payment, email, hosting, event check-in and certificate administration. Participants may exercise applicable data-protection rights by contacting PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
• 19. Marketing communications
• Event administration messages are necessary for the registration and may include payment confirmation, timetable updates, access instructions, safety information and certificate communications.
• Promotional email or SMS marketing is separate. It must be based on an appropriate legal basis and, where consent is used, the participant may refuse or withdraw it without affecting Event registration.
• 20. Complaints
• Questions or complaints should be submitted promptly to info@greekpilatesacademy.gr, including the participant’s name, order number and a clear description of the issue. GPA will seek to respond within a reasonable period. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right or access to a competent consumer-dispute mechanism.
• 21. Liability and mandatory rights
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to mandatory law, GPA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost business opportunity, lost income or independent travel and accommodation costs.
• If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
• 22. Governing law and jurisdiction
• These Terms are governed by Greek law, without depriving a consumer of any mandatory protection available under the law applicable to them. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts or authority determined by applicable law.
• 23. Version and precedence
• The version displayed and accepted at the time of purchase applies to the registration. If the Event page and these Terms conflict, the Event-Specific Schedule prevails for the particular Event, while mandatory law always prevails over contractual wording.
